the staff helped me stay a bit longer they also helped with the taxi. breakfast was a good buffet it had plenty of choices. i could walk around easily to see things.
i asked about free parking but they were not helpful. i had to find parking myself.

small room street noise
the location was quite convenient (close to many amenities).
The room was quite small. also, the noise from the street was noticeable even with the windows closed. I could hear traffic throughout the night. this made it a bit difficult to sleep soundly.

Acceptable stay, but some issues
unclean room loud breakfast service
The location was convenient enough.
The room felt unclean. I found hairs on the floor and in the bathroom. The breakfast service was too loud because staff members were shouting and cursing in the kitchen. The bed linen did not fit the bed properly.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff
train station bus stops many choices helpful staff
The hotel sat near the train station. I walked easily to different bus stops. Breakfast had many choices for me. Anna at reception helped me a lot.
I found the pillows small. I heard everything through the wall.

My room included towels and a hairdryer, useful. The shower worked good. The room included a comfortable bed.

The reception staff worked polite and was helpful. Viktoria at reception showed excellent friendliness. She shared much knowledge.

The location was perfect for walking round town. The hotel stood near the old city. Bus stations were close by.
